Everything eventually comes back around, right? Well, I don't know if that's 100% true, but it holds true with our Nittany Glen community.

Berks Homes opened up in Nittany Glen in 2019. Since then we have built and sold out in several phases of this popular community. We are not stopping there. We are holding an open house at our newest model home to kick-off our phase 6, which will be home to 45 single-family homes.

The open house is scheduled for Saturday, August 19, from noon to 3:00 pm, at 423 Fawn Valley Rd, State College, PA 16803.

The model home we will be featuring is our Isabella. This home embodies 1-story living at its best. The floor plan is open with 1,420 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 of the 3 bedrooms boast walk-in closets. There is the benefit of finishing the lower level for an additional 527 sq. ft. of living space.

Our model home will be open for tours where you can meet with our New Homes Sales Consultant, Debra, who will be happy to show you around and educate you about our new homes and this wonderful community. While there, make sure you grab a snack and enter to win a Blackstone Griddle.

The community of Nittany Glen is located in an area that boasts a youthful spirit and a lot of things to get out and do. Set in the serene countryside, just north of downtown, means you are just a short drive to shopping, dining and entertainment options. Some of these dining options include the American Ale House, The Corner Room, Penn State Berkey Creamery and Robin Hood Brewing Company. If you are a person who likes to get out and "do", then you are in luck. Some of the most popular recreation options include Beaver Stadium, of course, but there is also Country Place Park, Mt. Nittany Conservatory, PA Military Museum, golf courses and University Park. There are many more options available to you.

This community offers several various floor plans to build. These include 2 1-story plans, the Abbey and, of course, the Isabella. These both offer 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Abbey is 1,662 sq. ft. while the Isabella is 1,420 sq. ft.
