SELLING NEW HOMES IN STATE COLLEGE, PA

Just over a year ago, I wrote a blog about our Nittany Glen Community, located in popular State College, Pa. A lot has happened in just a year, and I'd love to bring you up to speed.

As I mentioned in my original blog, State College is a historic town that offers a lot to do from shopping to dining and of course, Penn State Athletics. Our new home community offers its own recreational facility, including a pool, clubhouse and fitness center.

As of this writing, in Phase 4 we only have 6 single-family lots remaining where you can choose one of our offered floor plans. In addition, we have 2 lots that we are currently constructing Quick Move-In homes that are also available to purchase, starting in the low $300s. Phase 4 in our duplex homes is currently sold out. Phase 5 is sold out, where we had 20 single-family homes. But not to worry! We are building 3 additional phases in this gorgeous community.

Phase 6 is anticipated to open for sale in March 2023, with 45 single-family homesites that we will continue to offer the Abbey, Bellwoode, Blue Ridge, Burberry and Revere models. We are adding the addition of the Isabella model to this already perfect line-up of homes.
