Your first two years as a homeowner are a crucial time to learn the nuisances of home maintenance to protect your investment and keep everything running smoothly for years to come. Berks Homes Warranty Department is here to back you up every step up the way. Within the first year you can expect two scheduled Warranty visits. During these visits, a Warranty Technician will come to your house and inspect all systems and address any concerns. During year two, Berks Homes is there to support any issues with the major systems.

Don’t worry, after year two all structural elements are still covered until year ten. PWSC offers support on all claims during this period of ownership through their easy-to-use claim center. The Limited 10-year warranty stays with the home even if you don’t. At a resale, just have the new homeowner complete and submit the Subsequent Home Buyer Acknowledgment and Assignment from PWSC and the warranty is transferred.
