Welcome and check-in
Start your visit at our central welcome station, 183 Saffron Boulevard Centre Hall, PA 16828, where our team will greet you and provide brochures with detailed information about each home, including floorplans and special promotions.

Guided home tours
Tour four of our most popular floorplans, ranging from 1,900 sq. ft. to 2,920 sq. ft. in either two-story or one-story options. Our guided tours will highlight the quality finishes, design flexibility, and Selection Gallery options buyers can choose from. In each home, a representative will be available to answer questions and provide insights.

Our construction team
In addition to our Sales and Selection Gallery consultants, a construction team member will be onsite to answer specific questions about building processes, timelines, and materials. This is your chance to speak directly with the team responsible for the quality you’ll find in each Berks home.

Exclusive incentives & Raffles 
Visitors will receive a punch card at check-in and earn a stamp for every home tour. Once you’ve visited all five properties, you’ll be eligible for exclusive incentives and entered into a special raffle. Plus, the more you engage, the more tickets you earn!
