In this blog, let’s dive into VM Mechanical, our heating, cooling and electrical experts.  Like Berks Homes, they are a family owned and operated company, with over 30 years of experience AND they strive for customer satisfaction….sound familiar?  VM Mechanical is actually based out of Abbottstown, PA, not far from our new home duplex community, Paradise Village. We partner with small, local businesses, like ourselves, located in the general areas that we are building our new homes. This helps us maintain a sense of community and helps advance the local economy surrounding our communities.
