This new home community offers recreational facilities for the use and enjoyment of residents and their guests, including a pool, club house and fitness center.  This is a great place to meet your neighbors and possibly build life-long friendships!

Once the community is complete, there will be a total of 323 homes which will be completed over 7 developmental phases. We are currently building in Phase 4, which will be home to 58 single-family units and 28 duplex units.  Phases 1 through 3 consists of 137 homes.

Nittany Glen offers both single-family and duplex models. Let’s take a look at the single-family homes first.  

Current Model Home: 193 Rock Forge Rd, State College – The Revere

Currently, you will find 7 distinct floor plans to choose from, including both 1-story and 2-story homes that range from 1,662 Sq. Ft. to 2,420 Sq. Ft. of gorgeous and functional living space.  These floor plans consist of our Abbey, Bellwoode, Blue Ridge, Burberry, Charlotte, Mayfield, and Revere models.

Pictured here is the interior of our current Model Home, which is open for touring. It shows the openness and easy flow of the Revere floor plan, which is one of our most popular single-family floor plans. This plan lends to easy entertaining; Let’s face it, a lot of the time, the host/hostess is separated in the kitchen…but not with this open floor plan!  This set up is also great for families, keeping the little ones within eyesight with greater ease.

There are 3 “Quick Delivery” homes currently under construction. 

• A Blue Ridge model with 2,420 Sq. Ft., 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, located at 590 Fawn Valley Rd–Lot 420. 
• An Abbey with 1,662 Sq. Ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths at 424 Fawn Valley Rd–Lot 438. 
• A Bellwoode with 1,817 Sq. Ft., 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths at 596 Fawn Valley Rd–Lot 419.

These Quick Delivery homes are scheduled to be complete December / January timeframe.

From our duplex portfolio, Nittany Glen is building the Bluebell and Azalea floorplans.  These plans are both 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, boasting 1,706 Sq. Ft. and 1,760 Sq. Ft. respectively.
