Logan Greene is a new home community that is currently selling in the growing, yet charming community of Bellefonte, PA! Bellefonte promises affordable housing options, well-performing schools and a growing number of entertainment, dining and shopping experiences, while still maintaining its commitment to a safe, family-friendly culture. Not to mention it is located just a short drive to State College, including Penn State Main Campus, Tussey Mountain Ski Resort and Black Moshannon State Park.

In this community, we are currently building townhomes, as well as single-family homes, with the eventual addition of duplex homes. With the first release, there are 9 single-family and 3 townhome lots available. Upon final completion of the community, there will be a total of 300+ homes, townhome, single-family and duplex combined.

The townhome side of the community will be graced with our Lilac townhome. This floorplan boasts 1,766 S.F. with 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. Currently we have 6 townhome lots that are available.

The single-family side of the community has a total of 7 various floor plans to choose from that include the Abbey, Beacon Pointe (one of my favorites!), Bellwoode, Blue Ridge, Burberry, Isabella and the Revere (our most popular single-family floor plan).  We are currently preparing to begin constructing the model home, which will be a Blue Ridge, with an estimated completion to be the end of August, 2022.
