I am excited to say, that what we have all been waiting for is finally happening! We kicked off the official opening of Cumberland Preserve with a wonderful grand opening this past weekend. There was lots of food and refreshments, prizes and tours of our gorgeous Blue Ridge and Primrose model homes. This community is a bit unique in that we have built two model homes. A single-family and a duplex.

Cumberland Preserve is located in our South Central region in Carlisle, PA, conveniently off I-81 and the PA Turnpike, making this a great location to live, just minutes from downtown Carlisle and Mechanicsburg. This community is served by the popular Cumberland Valley School District.

The opening phase offers six of our single-family homes, including 1 and 2-story options, as well as our Primrose duplex plan.
