AZEK offers a Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty, with a 30-Year Fade & Stain Warranty. This product is so innovative that it resists mold, mildew, and moisture. It is also stain, scratch and insect resistant, as well as it will not splinter, crack, rot, or warp.  I’m not sure there is much, if anything else to worry about, but if there is, I’m sure AZEK has thought about it!
