Just a few short weeks ago, we celebrated the grand opening of Stone Mill Estates, in Duncannon, PA, with tours of the beautiful model home, a prize drawing for a snow blower, and a lot of delicious food and socializing, PLUS a ribbon cutting ceremony. It was a lot of fun seeing neighbors-to-be meet each other and spend time talking and creating what I hope to be long lasting friendships.

The feedback on the Abbey model home was nothing short of outstanding. The Abbey is one of our spacious 1-story homes with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, starting at 1,662 sq. ft., with options to upgrade the bathroom, include a fireplace or add additional living space by adding a sunroom off the kitchen or finishing the basement.

I really loved our starting lineup of floor plans offered when we first opened the community for sales, which included 3 single-family plans, the Abbey, Burberry and Revere, as well as 2 duplex plans, the Bluebell and Primrose. And good news....we recently added another delightful single-family plan that doesn't disappoint. This beauty is our Meriwether, a 1,771 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with an open floor plan that allows plenty of room to entertain friends and family.

Phase 1 of Stone Mill Estates started us off with a total of 34 duplex and 15 single-family homes. As of this writing, we have 5 single-family home lots remaining. If you are in the market for a quick move-in home, then I suggest taking a look at our Bluebell duplex homes on lots 7, 8, 9 and 10, all with walk-out basements. Our Bluebell starts at 1,706 sq. ft. and holds 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, with a modern open floor plan.
