Morgan's Crossing resides perfectly between historic downtown Carlisle and the quaint city of Boiling Springs, Pa. This gorgeous community offers an array of single-family homes, as well as townhomes.

You will find book shops, coffee shops, boutique clothing shops where you are sure to find the latest in fashion, jewelry and gem stores, plus chocolate shops that are sure to rival your sweet tooth.

Once the sun has set and you're ready to experience some nightlife, there are several options to checkout, from wine tasting to microbrews, to fine dining and pubs. A few of my personal favorites are Café Bruges, Market Cross Pub and Grand Illusion hard Cider.

There are 6 amazing floor plans that are available to you when building one of our single-family homes (dependent on the lot chosen - for specific lot information visit HERE and scroll down the page to the community map where each lot indicates what floorplans are an option), that include our Abbey, Beacon Pointe, Blue Ridge, Burberry, Copper Beech and Revere, from the high $300's. Unfortunately/fortunately, our townhomes are currently sold out, with more to follow!

It's hard to believe we have recently opened our final phase, phase 5, of single-family homes for sale. This final phase only has 15 single-family homesites remaining, as of this writing. This community began with its first sale in July 2018, with phase 1, followed by the next 3 phases, 2 through 4, with a total of 100 lots sold. When the community is sold out and all the homes are built, there will be a total of 106 single-family homes and 132 townhomes.

To celebrate our final phase, we are hosting a "Final Phase Celebration" on Saturday, February 4th, from Noon to 3:00 pm at our model home, located at 500 Granite Run, Carlisle, Pa 17015. This celebration is open to the community at large, prospective buyers, current homeowners and realtors.
