DICKINSON PLACE, CARLISLE PA

A lot has occurred since Dickinson Place opened its model home for businvess in 2021. This popular community, located just through the heart of Carlisle, PA, has only a few single-family homesites remaining, with two Quick Move-In homes, that should be ready for their family to move in, mid-March.

The first of the two Quick Move-In homes is our 2-story Bellwoode, which has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and is a nice size at 1,819 sq. ft. of goodness. This home features an open design with a large eat-in kitchen and family room. The kitchen offers a large island, granite countertops and a stainless-steel appliance package. In addition, this particular model was built with a flex room (check out my Flex Room Blog!) that you can choose to use as an office, playroom, formal living room, or use your imagination and make it whatever your heart desires!

The 2nd home is the 2-story Dolly with 1,698 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. This home is located on a much desirable corner homesite.

When this community was first released, our single-family lineup of floor plans included the Isabella, the Dolly and  Adeline. We have since added the Bellwoode, Meriwether and Revere.  The Bellwoode and Meriwether are 2 stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, while the Revere boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.

In addition to single-family homes, Dickinson Place also offers villa style homes. Like our single-family homes, there have been some changes from when this community first opened for sales.

Originally, we were offering our Bluebell and Azalea floorplans. We have swapped those out for some new floor plans. Let me introduce the Daisy and the Primrose.

The Daisy is a 2-story with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 1,695 sq. ft. While the Primrose is a bit larger in size with 2,125 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Both options are available with a basement or without.
