Without customers like you, we could not continue to chase our passion — building new homes. For this reason, we need more buyers just like you. So what better way is there to find more folks just like yourself than to simply ask you — “do you have any friends or family you could refer to us?” 

If your referral leads to a sale, we’ll reward you with a $500 MasterCard gift card when your friend settles on their brand new Berks Homes’ home. But it doesn’t end there! We’ll also give your friend a $500 MasterCard gift card too. It pays to be friends with you!

Here’s how it works: 

1. Fill out a Referral Form and tell your friend that you have referred them. 

2. Go with that friend or simply have them bring the referral form with them on their first visit to a participating Berks Homes’ Model Home. (*Offer not valid in conjunction with realtor representation) 

3. We’ll reward you and your friend each a $500 MasterCard gift card when your friend settles on their beautiful new home. 

4. If you currently own a Berks Homes’ home and would like to invest in a new one, you may refer yourself. If you do, we’ll give you two $500 MasterCard gift cards after settling on your new home. All other rules still apply
