If you're anything like me, you don't like the thought of missing out on anything great. You like to be "in the know". You'll be just that when you join our VIP list for our new home community, Penn Preserve, in our South Central region. As things progress and we prepare to open for sales, you'll be in the company of others who are excited to be notified with updates and progress and finally, when this community officially opens for sales.

Penn Preserve is located in Swatara Township, Dauphin County and served by the Middletown Area School District. This community will feature beautifully designed single-family homes that will be situated in a prime location, close to a variety of grocery stores such as Giant, Karns and Sharp Shopper Grocery Outlet. There is not a lack of shopping and dining either. This area is also enriched with a lot of recreation and leisure activities, including 17 public parks where you will find a variety of baseball fields, basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts, playgrounds, walking trails, kayak and canoe launches, plus more. In addition, you will find the Swatara Water Trail, Indian Echo Taverns, Hershey Park and Sunset Golf Course. I could keep going.....

If you like convenience, this community is conveniently located near major highways, providing easy access to downtown Harrisburg, Hershey and Lancaster, which opens up even more shopping, dining and recreational and leisure activities. You will find endless amounts of things to explore.

We have not released which floorplans will be available yet. But don't worry, once you have joined our VIP group, this information will be shared with you first, prior to being released to our website. That being said, you can rest assured that the floorplans will be spacious, open and functional plans with modern finishes, providing you with the perfect backdrop to create the lifestyle you envision.
