The Blue Ridge, in my opinion, is the perfect home for any size family! It encompasses space that is open, roomy, yet homey, all at the same time. On the 1^st floor, you will be dazzled as soon as you enter the large foyer that leads  you to the flex room, which could be used as a playroom for the littles, or maybe you need a home office where you have the option to add French Doors that you can close to drown out any liveliness that may be going on in the rest of the house.  Take a few steps back the hallway and you will find a convenient half bath. Let’s keep going back the rest of the hallway and here you will find the center of it all!  The kitchen, breakfast area and family room, are ready to be filled with friends, family and fun!

The 2nd floor is just as amazing, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths.  The owner’s suite includes one of the full baths that leads to the large walk-in closet.  But I am getting a head of myself! One of the great things about the Blue Ridge is the large loft at the top of the steps, which could be exchanged for a 5th bedroom. What else will we find on the 2nd floor?  A convenient laundry room, full bath and 3 additional bedrooms, where not 1, but 2 of these bedrooms feature their very own walk-in closets!

This floor plan has a full basement, that if you are looking for even more living space, we can finish this area, and add an optional powder room or a full bath. And don’t worry, there is even space left over that can be utilized for storage.

In addition, (yes, believe it or not, there’s more), we offer several upgrade options throughout the home, such as an alternate kitchen with island, an alternate kitchen and morning room or let’s go all out for the alternate kitchen with island and morning room.  In addition to the 5th bedroom, in lieu of a loft, the 2nd floor also offers the option to add a double bowl vanity package or an owner’s bath soaking tub package to the owner’s suite bathroom.
